Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Monthly Donation Cancellation Policy
Monthly donations through SOFSRI are managed securely through Shopify Subscriptions.
Supporters may cancel their monthly donation at any time by logging into their customer account and selecting Subscriptions, then choosing Cancel.
Once canceled, no future donations will be charged. Previous contributions are non-refundable and sincerely appreciated.

Product Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at services@sofsri.com.
Event Registration & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1-1-2026
By registering for any program, workshop, or event hosted by Song of Solomon Relationship Institute (SOSRI), participants agree to the following terms and conditions regarding registration, cancellations, and refunds.
1. General Registration Policy
All registrations are considered a commitment to participate in the selected event. Due to the nature of program planning, materials preparation, and limited seating, SOSRI maintains a structured cancellation policy.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
A. 10-Week Marriage Bootcamp Program
- A $100 non-refundable administrative fee per couple is required upon registration.
- This fee is retained by SOSRI regardless of cancellation timing.
- Any remaining balance paid beyond the $100 may be eligible for refund based on timing (see Section 3).
B. Weekend Marriage Bootcamp Express (MBX)
- A $75 non-refundable administrative fee per couple is required upon registration.
- This fee is retained by SOSRI regardless of cancellation timing.
- Any remaining balance paid beyond the $75 may be eligible for refund based on timing (see Section 3).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy for All Events
A. Standard Events (Workshops, Classes, Seminars, etc.)
- Cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
B. Marriage Bootcamp Programs (10-Week & MBX)
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to program start date:
- Eligible for refund minus the non-refundable fee ($100 or $75).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to start date:
- No refunds will be issued.
C. Timeframe Before Event Refund Eligibility
- 30+ days before event Full refund minus $75 deposit
- 15–29 days before event 50% refund minus deposit
- 8–14 days before event 25% refund minus deposit 7 days or less No refunds
4. Transfer Policy
- Registrations may be transferred to another couple or individual with prior written approval from SOSRI.
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event.
- SOSRI reserves the right to approve or deny transfer requests.
5. Credit Option (At SOSRI Discretion)
- In certain circumstances, SOSRI may offer a credit toward a future event in lieu of a refund.
- Credits must be used within 90 days of issuance unless otherwise stated.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. No-Show Policy
- Participants who fail to attend without prior notice (“no-show”) will forfeit all payments made.
- No refunds or credits will be issued.
7. Event Cancellation by SOSRI
- SOSRI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- The option to transfer to a future event.
SOSRI is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging, or other costs incurred.
8. Force Majeure
SOSRI shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Public health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Facility closures
In such cases, credits or rescheduling options may be provided at SOSRI’s discretion.
9. Agreement to Terms
By completing registration, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
